There are two alternatives.
One: That a tragic mistake was made, in communications, chain of command, or elsewhere. The NATO report isn't out yet.
Two: That the U.S. military deliberately and with malice aforethought set out to destroy a known non-aligned medical facility that they knew contained no combatants.
It would be instructive to know why you so desperately want to believe the second one.
