First off you are ignoring the data that shows that CO2 is CAUSING warming, second off you are ignoring the fact that even IF what you say is true it isnt enough to balance out our increase- as shown by this data. To my knowledge even the global warming denialists nuts are not even making this claim. Increased temperatures will raise the amount of water in the atmosphere. Increased temperature will lead to larger evaporation rates from plants, and far more importantly, the ocean.
The atmospheric water vapor from plant transpiration makes up about just %10 percent of the total. Studies done on plants have shown that water loss from healthy plants does not significantly change this rate with increased CO2 partly because leaf surface are increases. Studies of water loss in plants DO show a sigificant increase in water loss with increasing temperature.
