Could be disasterous
No matter which way you look at it, it's just another way to compartmentalize and penalize the lower class. Whereas a good credit score gives you perks like lower rates on mortgages, insurance and loans, this type of rating could be disasterous if you are ill and financially strapped. The guy who developed this from a carrion system is already a predator in society, a bottom feeder for the insurance companies.
Insurance companies are the worst when it comes to accidents or ilnesses. Just ask anyone that's gotten squeezed by them lately. The horror stories are legion.
