It was a 5 to 4 decision.
And in my opinion 5 of them screwed up.
The result of such a decision has *only* been a restriction of the freedom of speech.
This ruling along with others has *only* lessen America.
And is good example of Judges more interested in changing the constitution, rather than following the constitution as is their solemn duty.
But the good news is that this kind of stuff has done a heck of a job politically energizing large numbers of citizens so that they insist that Judges actually follow the constitution and be public servants of the People, instead playing role of the sanctioned enlightened overlords bestowing upon us their noble vision by legislating from the bench.
