"Lets see.... embryonic stem cell research..."
"In 1994, President Clinton set up an NIH panel to study the whole question about what to do with federal funding. That panel decided it'd be okay to use the [in-vitro fertilization] embryos that were going to be thrown out anyways, and even in some circumstances to create embryos for use in research. That was sent to President Clinton, but he rejected the latter, saying that we'd never create embryos to destroy them."

Last time I checked Clinton wasn't part of the Religious Right.
And needless to say there is no restriction on this other than in regards to using federal dollars and of course federal dollar are being used on embryonic stem cell research, but with limitations.
"...the right to marry who you want"
As far as I'm aware, in the history of human civilization this has never been a right. But if RL wants to marry a goat or his sister, he can do this without violating any US laws. But the State shouldn't be required to perform the ceremony, nor should it recognize that marriage- nor is there any State interest in doing so.
"...constant attempts and some successes to teach I.D. in schools"
So what?
How does this compare to schools requiring children to watch Al Gore's silly film or numerous other crappy useless, false screwball crap that passes itself as part of public education.
As far as science is concerned there is no known explanations of how life started on Earth.
And the older idea that it was merely a chance chemical event requiring billions of years has been proven false- there wasn't billions of years of time for this to happen on Earth [unless you want this event to have occurred in the space environment].
Now, the idea about life starting in ice:

Perhaps this is a promising idea and perhaps after a couple decade we might know that this is how life started on Earth- but that also probably means that a lot of other ideas of how this happened will have been shown to be mistaken.
In the meanwhile, I don't see any problem with including a couple paragraphs mentioning other ideas.
"...the right to buy alcohol on sunday in some states"
Or what about buying alcohol after 2am?
Yes, it's a very serious infringement not to be able to buy alcohol 24 hours 7 days a week.
"...morning after birth control availability"
Yes, of course. And no doubt we should have those widely available in vending machines. Though one could go to:
http://www.drugstore.com/
And it get shipped overnite. [$49.99]
"...right to abortion due to death threats against doctors."
Oh, yes another HUGE problem. I wonder how many doctor have killed by lightening while playing golf, in comparison to this other serious threat.
