"I have no problem with a person taking their own life but I don't believe physicians should assist them."
Perhaps we might have a need of execution profession- they kill murderers for the State, and could kill other individuals who wish to die painlessly as possible.
So, we can leave the physicians out of it, just as we leave physicians out of the mortuary business. Maybe the executors can professionals which are part of the mortuary business.
