Sure, it's an issue that should be left up to the states. Surprised?

I dare say I'm a lot more consistent in my views on Federal power than most liberals, who have no problems at all dropping the Washington hammer on any state or locality if it's on an issue they happen to approve of. And there are hundreds of those.
