This issue is not isolated to Sweden. Similar statistics (not identical ones) are showing up in other nations, too. Middle-Eastern/Islamic culture is not a bastion of women's rights, and never has been. This is systemic, and it's continuously puzzling to me why "progressives" continuously fly to the defense of an ideology which is diametrically opposed to everything they claim to believe.
Max Blumenthal is also a propagandist, furiously anti-Israel. He makes a living at it.
