That a man could do what Spitzer did to a wife and three kids, never mind his thousands of supporters, is incomprehensible. And for a moment's selfish physical gratification. It might at least be understandable, if no more justifiable, if he had done it for some great romantic love.
I completely agree. He deserves whatever backlash he gets. I believe in what goes around comes around.
I quite simply do not have the faith in men (or women) that you do. Secondly, there are many more ways to betray a partner than just the physical act.
I do however hold myself to a higher moral standard...and I would/could NEVER betray my family. Just like you.
