That does sound much better than having troops running all over the place.
It will be interesting to see how it ends.
I think its already up to the Iraqi's...Which in a sense means we already won.
But then we could lose again...But how do you define the end of one war and the start of another? Is the cold war really over or has it just morphed into something slightly different?
