Aside from the usual "throw Israel to the wolves" leftist solution, most of these have been policy for a long time. You don't know squat about what hospitals, schools and bridges are being built, either in Afghanistan or Iraq.
BTW, when you develop a UAV that can pick the bad guys out from the civilians that are physically identical, and explosives that will miraculously leave the women and children that the terrorists surround themselves with untouched, please get in touch with the military. They'd love to hear from you. I note that UAV attacks on terror bases in Pakistan and elsewhere have not met with your approval in the past.
