When we have a minimum wage that allows parents to save for college, then you might make that argument without looking like a knuckle dragging asshole...

Right now minimum wage isn't enough to feed and house their kids... you are just arguing that it is more fair that the kids that start off with the deck stacked against them be doomed to the poverty of their parents... just so you can sleep easy, knowing that no-one is getting something for less than what you paid.
