I can go for assistance rather than "Free" for the reasons I stated.

Bernie's plan calls for a reduction in interest rates. That's a good thing too.

He calls for availability of funds for high school students "who work hard" I haven't seen what the requirements would be.

I haven't seen the details of how he would make "wall street speculators" pay for the plan. Not sure how that would fly.
