Another view.
I have to agree in principle with you. Families, especially kids, should be left out of political campaigns. And I believe in this case there is another legitimate point of view.
Conservative politicians endlessly fund abstinence programs, do not fund educational programs and attempt to interfere with pregnancy prevention. Worldwide. And abstinence is a failed policy. To have one of those politicians fall victim to exactly what liberal programs attempt to prevent I believe is worthy of note. And I say note, not worthy of endless discussion or derision.
The fact speaks for itself.
