If Barack Obama wins this election and shows up at a meeting of the G7, he will be the furthest left of all of the leaders there.
He comes from a background of 20 years of radical thinking and radical associations. It's documented, and there's a lot more than just Ayers and Wright. His political voting record seems to confirm this kind of thinking.
It's barely possible that Obama is a pragmatist who wore the "black radical" suit long enough to get elected in an area where that mattered. Maybe once he gets in he'll turn out to be a surprise to both me and the MoveOn Marxists who pushed for him. I don't know how much I want to bet on that, particularly since Pelosi and her coalition are hard leftists.
If Obama actually is what he seems, this country will be run by a government that is further left than any in its past, and not the FDR kind of leftism, but the 60s brand. I don't want that, and I suspect most other Americans don't either.
If Obama wins, it's because the press and his backers are doing their damndest to keep people from thinking about this.
