re: Don't sweat it.
Why don’t you two give Obama a chance. He is not even in the Where House.
Time will tell if he is a man of his word. Will he really reach across the isle to us Conservatives, or will his idea of bi-partisanship be to ‘come all the way to my side’? Will he compromise with us over our concerns of bigger government, or will he ignore us. Will he listen to us about how we think we can achieve energy independence, or will he blow us off?
Time will tell. Give him a chance.
Obama has the House and Senate on his side. He doesn’t have to listen to us Conservatives at all if he doesn’t want to. If he keeps his word about reaching across the isle then he will have earned my respect. What about you two?
