Oh for crying out loud....
It is a classic example of charge spill- a common artifact in CCD chips that the cameras use- I have seen it often... there IS no mystery here.
Its just a couple of moving lights and is not evidence of ANYTHING more than that.... it would be completely un-newsworthy if it weren't for the fact that gullible twits like you go to extremes in order to see something that isnt there....
