There would have to be particles in the air for a laser to be seen. I don’t know if water vapor is enough. The odds of the particles being uniform all along the lasers path seems high to me.

But maybe the aliens laser is nothing like ours :)

I have seen pictures of lasers shooting out of observatories at the mirrors left on the Moon. Are those true to life, or have they been touched up(Long exposure, photoshopped)?

The rest of the video looks realistic.
