What will they negotiate Raoul?

Hamas doesn't recognize Israel's right to exist. Their main reason for existing is the destruction of Israel. It's kind of like the scene from Indepndence Day when the Presidient of the US asks the alien what do they want from us and the alien says to die. Negotitations are useless in such a situation.
