I suspect matter, at its smallest level is made of energy. I also suspect the force of gravity has something to do with it all.
The physical laws of our universe keep some of this energy together in a ‘ridged’, ‘solid’ form that makes up the tiniest particles of matter, which makes up all matter.
If the bonds that hold this energy together as matter were to suddenly give way across the universe, the release of energy would rival the Big Bang.
