I could find another job in short order.
I've got a skill set that is easily adaptable and is in demand by a wide variety of busniesses. I'm a CAD designer, and I've been with my current employer for over a year now. I get calls from head hunters about once a month or so, but I turn them down because I'm content with my current situation for now. My current employer produces pipe for the energy sector, and business is very good.
One day I'll go back to school to finish up my biology/chemistry degree, but for now I like where I'm at. I did the unskilled factory thing for a while and it sucked. Going back to school and learning a valued skill set was definitely a great decision.
