Obama and Pelosi tell the Republicans to their faces that it's their way or the highway, that they don't have a voice any more, and then you're shocked...shocked! when the Republicans decide not to play ball by those rules.
As has always been the case, were the parties reversed, you'd be all over the majority for "crushing dissent" and "lack of bipartisanism."
Economists and the CBO are lining up to point out that this "stimulus" is anything but.
You don't know which way to turn now, do you? It shows. The pat answers are working in the other direction, and you're caught having to defend things that used to be anathema when the other side was doing them. When the Democrats invoke the "nuclear option," you're going to have to cheer for something that was the ultimate sign of corruption and anti-democracy when the Republicans were thinking about it.
For liberals that don't bother to use their minds, inconsistency, hypocrisy, irony and all the rest just slide off them. You can watch it here. You seem to have enough brains left that this still hurts a bit.
So why so angry? You won. You've got the whole pie. You don't need the Republicans any more. Where'd the cockiness go?
