If he had really wanted to complain about Obama, he would have complained about Obama.
If he had really wanted to complain about the media, he would have said, "Where's the media coverage of this problem?"
Instead, he made the comparison of a Republican apple and a Democratic orange. Both fruits, but the comparison ends there. His intent is to rehabilitate the Bush response to Katrina by saying that Obama is no better.
I grew up on ice, Tom, as I know you did. I know that ice on lines can bring them down. I replied to Lee's remark about engineering better trees, as I explained just previously. Ice on trees can also bring down limbs that bring down lines, and if the trees are too close, they do. Apparently, tha's whats been happening where Lee lives, because that was what he referenced in his reply to me. If people haven't taken the damn trees down, they need to be paying more attention.
Flame » in reply to Tony already snapped up that quick media backpedal.
What he's doing it trying to clean up the Bush/FEMA record by comparing it to Obama's response.
