Bush left an apparatus in place that can take out the reactors at a moments notice and has penetrated the entire Iran nuclear program internally.
That's the only reason the reactors weren't wiped out long ago. He felt he had his thumb on the pulse of the program and its results. He chose to let the next President take the media/Euro/Russo "rap" for taking out the reactors and storage facilities when the time is right.
Obama hasn't changed a thing. The letter in the desk worked wonders. And Obama is a cut up. His hijinks are his own personal way of dealing with the pressure. His hearts in the right place going into all this he just needs a heckuva a lot of internal talent to help guide him. Bush left a framework of executive orders regarding Iran that have not and most assuredly will not be revoked. Soros meanwhile is perturbed because he lost a lot when the US crash created a global chain reaction - something he didn't predict. Now he's trying to recoup his losses and boost oil prices artificially again...and "spur economic growth" by "forcing" alternative energy development. His fund sits on a mountain of oil holdings and hopes to sell after agitating prices back up.
Oh...and the economy will just start to recover by Halloween. Not because of any government stimulus packages - despite them.
Obama, it seems, is reallly almost a closet conservative and Hillary has been kept on a leash.
All in all things are looking up.

- Actually Tom
- The US Government has said Iran is not pursuing nukes.
- You know I would not say that.
- I can guarantee I wouldn't have said that.
