The housing market crash caused this financial disaster.
The democrats created a program to allow the poor to buy houses who couldn’t qualify for a regular prime loan. You know the only loans anybody is now offering and they are extremely difficult to get now.
The democrats created Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to fund these sub prime loans for the poor. Several times Bush and agencies tried to tell the democrats that FM & FM were cooking the books and the democrats said they was full of it and nothing was wrong. Do you realize how many investors lost there shirts when Barney Frank, Christofer Dodd and the rest of the democrat gang said there was nothing wrong with FM & FM's finacial situation?
And now look what happened. Those democrat programs and FM & FM agencies failed to the tune of over a trillion dollars alone not counting the outside investors. Guess what, you don’t see anybody offering those programs anymore. Care to guess why?
Now this mess we are in might have happened while a republican president was in office but that is not why it happened. It was not conservatism polices but liberal polices that failed, albeit while a republican was president and that is all you have.
If there was no democratic policies that I discribed above we wouldn't be in this mess. The conservative lending practices of making sure you qualify for a loan was the safety link. Isn't it funny how we are now resorting back to that now.
You are only fooling yourself or you don’t understand the facts.
