I've heard the testimony of numerous people in the real estate business that just laughed when asked if it was the programs designed to get poorer folks into houses and they all said that those weren't the ones defaulting. Those programs had strong requirements built into them to ensure that people couldn't get into them without real work and commitment.
Hogwash, you have no idea what the facts are and the statistics proof it. And whole idea to get the poor into housing was to ease the requirements to get approved to buy a house so your theory is obscene.
To say the people who flipped house caused the problem is also a sign you don’t know much about housing. I can’t believe you even said that. I have a very close relationship with banks, realtors, loan brokers and financial investors and can tell you, you are very wrong.
Leave it to you to say I put the blame on the poor when in fact I am putting the blame on the failed policies of the Democrats who screwed the people they thought they were helping. You can’t debate the facts but swank your rambling views calling people fascist and for some unimaginable reason bring racist and Rodney King into the picture.
I have personally loaned money to help people (and not my relatives) to get started and have lost money because of it, so don’t lecture me on the concerns of the less fortunate and call me a bigot. You have no clue Art and I have lost any respect I once had for you.
