Keep in mind...
This shouldn't be about "blaming the poor." It should be about blaming those attempting the social engineering that made the loose regulations necessary. The meme here of course is that only Republicans and conservatives were responsible for creating a mortgage system designed to allow anybody with a pulse to buy a house. There doesn't seem to be much point in trying to change that perception here any more.
