of the conservative talk show hosts, not a single original thought. Some days I wish it were that easy for me to just blindly find some fat media star spouting the same exact thing as 20 other ones and just nod my head and soak it all in.

But truth be told I can't even find a single liberal talk show host I go along with all the time. Each of them have their overreach in certain areas or some personality trait that forces me to search for pieces of the truth from all sources.

People that stop questioning, simply state dogma without compromise, stop listening to the other point of view all worry me more than any other form of human. History has shown over and over that their judgment keeps getting harsher and harsher toward anyone not agreeing with them until violence breaks out to silence the opposition.

They stand behind the label of conservative and yet they are far removed from the true definition. In fact they are really authoritarians out to control those they fear. And they fear just about everyone for one reason or another. They fear the intellectuals because they might expose their own ignorance. They fear the non-religious or religiously open-minded because they know their logic might erode their own faith. They fear people that are healthier than they are, stronger, better looking, more virile. Yet somehow, the ones they truly should be fearing are the wealthy and powerful among them because most of them got to where they are by stepping on others.

You know as well as I do that if either of us were to be stranded out in the wilderness and got to choose 10 people to be with, in a heartbeat we'd pick progressive or liberal thinkers. You'd know, if you chose a group of Republicans that when people began to starve they'd be killing you off to eat you.
