re: It'll work. We just need a government that's serious about stopping it.
1. I don't believe it can be stopped by police authority. I don't think we would want to live in a nation whose police authority was sufficiently powerful to do it.
2. The Government cannot get serious about it for the simple reason that the drug dealers pump the campaign coffers of those candidates who favor them full of money.
3. Drug use is a private problem, a medical problem. It needs to be dealt with by physicians and patients, not by police and judges.
