Another meme, losing steam.
Even the 2009 budget was largely a Democratic creation. Go back and look at the vote tallies in the House and Senate last June. In the Senate, only Snowe and Collins voted for it from the Republican Party. Only one Democrat voted against it. In the House, no Republicans voted for the budget resolution, and fourteen Democrats voted against it.
Sound like a Republican budget to you?
TARP was Bush. As far as stupid rescue plans, that's about it for that administration. The "stimulus" package was all Democrat, as was the next spending bill, and the 2010 budget with $500 billion deficits as far as the eye can see.
