But then, you weren't really trying to be logical, just snide. I stand by my summation at the end: We're going to end up with some kind of world government because there's a need for one. So we either sit back and let the current elite continue to set things up for their benefit, or we take the initiative to ensure we get the best deal we can from whatever we inevitably end up with. Including--duh--making sure it provides for free markets and isn't rigged to favor the plutarchs and oligarchs. Who--I repeat--are currently busily setting up a rigged system as we argue.
