NWO....like an arranged marriage perhaps?
If there is force and brutality used, with a concentration of wealth for power; then it will fail because the people will revolt.
If individual countries are given time, and help for co-operation; and the rules are re-written as many times as needed for compliance; you will have a much better "marriage".
