In high school I wrote a paper which called for the skin colors of the entire human race to be divided into twenty different shades.
It would then be illegal to procreate with anyone within 5 colors of your own.
Still not a bad idea.
Oh, some may call it the equivalent of ethnic cleansing.
And I'd respond "certainly".
