Yeah, and all the many Democratic budget numbers are a load of crap: Raise taxes (across the board, if you've been keeping track of recent events), increase spending enormously, raise the price of energy on everyone, and do your damnedest to snap the spine of the private sector. Result according to them: huge economic growth over the next few years!
I looked at this document earlier this morning. I will agree that it's not very effectively written. They need to distill the main ideas (like they did with the Contract with America) into bullet points, and add the details later.
