The one who thinks
"Only I and those like me are truly free and understand what freedom is; no one else does. We are the ones who take the chances, embrace the risks, we are the innovators. We alone are the ones that make things happen. The others are simply slaves in search of security or tyrants in search of power.
"We are the only ones who accept responsibility for our actions, who are truly moral and self-sufficient. We are the producers, the creative ones, the ones with the ambition and the work ethic to make it all come true. The rest just want a free ride, or to plunder what we have done; they even refuse to acknowlege the debt they owe us for providing them with the opportunity to share what we create with them by collaborating in our work.
"That is why in a truly free society we will rule, because we are not afraid to compete with our fellows and accept the challenge of free competition. We can't help but succeed, because we are not afraid to try. They can't do this, or don't want to, and they cannot tolerate that some can, and will, so they can only take, and plunder, and loot from their betters."
You bet I understand. I understand real well.

- You just drove that point off the road.
- Again, that's not to say the Republicans couldn't have done a better job.
- They don't have idea people. Conservatives mistrust intellectuals. (n/t)
- To drive the point home...
- Damning with faint praise.
