There is a way....to move an entire planet

Out of all the hare-brained goals proposed by space enthusiasts, this one is actually possible. It shocks even me. The question is: WHY?? would you want to move a planet? I mean, seriously, why? The perturbation effects on Earth's orbit might not be desireable, and you don't want to wreck earth just to improve the climate on Venus or Mars.
