...actually, I was thinking more of all those retired GM workers who depend on the pensions and health benefits the unions won for them.
They can not vote Republican, too. But of course, the GOP would never trade votes for principle.
A lot of those retired ex-GMers live in my retirement community. You should hear them grumbling around the pool about GM management. Funny how all those hard hats can switch allegiance when its their bennies that are threatened.
