re: Is this it? Swine flu is coming.

I am medical specialist in respiratory diseases and in intensive therapy, at the moment in the national institutes of health this vivendo the most severe emergencia before the reality of the infection by influenza, more and more patient has gone into in the unit of intensive therapy, nevertheless, in spite of the heroic efforts of all the personnel, (medical, nurses, especialisitas, etc) the patients continue passing away irremediably, the truth is that the antiviral treatments do not estan providing the effect waited for in spite of the high doses. A great fear between the personnel is had, the posbilidad of contagion very high is given the strong virulence of the virus. The chaos begins to reign in the units of attention of the hospitals Manuel Gea Gonzalez, INCAN, INNER, INP, etc and we do not know that to do, the personnel this beginning to absent and many estan choosing to retire or to ask for vacations. The truth is that mortality every time is but high at least in the hospital where I toil they pass away of 3 to 4 daily patients by this epidemic, and already estabamos we noticing it for more than 3 weeks, then mortality are much more high to the commented one by the authorities that try to hide the truthful information. one has commented that we do not speak to us with reporters, who will sanction themselves if we spoke to us with somebody of the press, also recommends themselves to us not to put in death certificates the basic cause of the death (INFECTION BY INFLUENZA), comments that we must write down pneumonia, acute respiratory insufficiency, or sepsis and the real cause not to hide the exact number of deaths. She is one suffers and a great fear the one that we lived at the moment, we do not know that to make, patient but every time young of 20 to 30 years they estan dying before our impotence and triteza like health personnel.
