I suggest you stock up on Airborne or Airshield from your local drugstore. It's over the counter and it WORKS. Pop a tablet in a glass of water with an ice cube and it strengthens your immune system on the spot.
I have been taking it for the past couple of years when I feel a cold or the flu coming on.
And I haven't been sick. I take it at the first sign of "tiredness", that aching, listless, gotta-get-to-bed soon thingy, when my immune system is dragging. (The first sign you're getting sick.)
