Copping an attitude
A newer newscast said she finally agreed to sign her speeding ticket. Wonder if she's ever even had one. Secondly, if you DON"T sign a ticket on the spot, is that a jailable offense?
I know for instance, if you don't submit to a breathalyzer, they can take you to jail.
I think the officer lost his cool, he should have called for backup.
Was she cranky? Hell yeah. Did she deserve tazing? Hell no.
