Unfortunately for you, I work in and around the NHS daily. I spend a LOT of time in hospitals, surgery, theatre, consultations, training facilities.
I see the NHS working almost every day. And working it is. It's not breaking down.
Sorry to ruin your right wing dream - but a national health service can and does work, and it doesn't mean the end of your friends in the private sector either.
It's not a fantasy. It's a reality. Here. Now.
And I'm proud of it.
