This case here in Australia is of a father finding out a buddy was molesting his 10 year old son sexually and then took the man out and beat him senseless. The fellow needed reconstructive surgery. Now the father's in jail, and the abuser is walking free. What would you do in this situation?
The boy's father is awaiting trial on one count of grievous bodily harm, which carries a maximum penalty of life <imprisonment.> Bet that alcohol was involved.
