Focusing on a place is silly.

How about this. Instead of focusing on where we should go next, let's focus on how to go. Let's design and build a ship capable of going anywhere in the inner solar system. Once we have the means to travel, the destination becomes trivial. With the right ship, the Moon, Mars, and asteroids are all within reach.
