Don't Throw Stones In A Glass House
Don't complain about personal attacks when you are the worst offender. It takes a whole lot less retraint to avoid personal attacks when not attacked than when attacked.
Don' complain about people not listening to you when you refuse to listen to others.
Don't complain about irrational goals when you refuse to listen to alternatives promoted by actual leaders in the field and the numerous technical arguements debunking your pet project. That you can't digest rational arguements against your views calls into question your ability to rationally judge others.
Above all else if you want to be credible act credible.
Side note: Using foreign phrases doesn't make you look smart when added to a string of logical blunders.
