Frank, I can understand that there are circumstances where one may want to go on with their lives and I can respect that on an individual basis. Not everyone has to follow the same path. What I DO object to is some friggin' religioso like Robertson giving people "permission" to throw away their spouses when they have Alzheimer's. 1. that is not his business. 2. there are people out there (sad to say) who will use that as permission to leave a spouse who may only have just been diagnosed with it because they don't want to have to deal with any of it.
I could go on but suffice it to say he has stuck his nose in between people and their conscience which is a place he has no right to go. He just thinks he does.
