What do you think of the 9/11 culprits being tried in Civilian Court?
I can't quite decide. Military Court might have been more likely to find them "easily" guilty and assign appropriate punishment (death penalty). OTOH, reducing them to the level of common criminals humiliates them in a way that degrades what they did from Jihad to the level of child molesters, burglars, thieves, murderers, etc.
