That is exciting!
I was diagnosed with MS about 12-13 years ago. I don't think I ever had MS, though. My lesions (plaques) faded and after that first episode, I have been totally asymptomatic. I was misdiagnosed but that's a long story with which I won't bore you.
Nonetheless, I have always watched MS research with interest and am very empathetic with anyone who has MS. When you look at a future with MS as I once did, it is scary as hell and depressing. Thank God I don't have it. I pray this will be the breakthrough needed to relieve all the suffering of those with this horrible affliction.
