MS Therapy

When I was diagnosed, research turned up this guy who had relapsing/remitting MS and had ended up in a wheelchair and unable to work due to impaired mental abilities. He had resources and an MD researcher friend. He was determined to beat it and started a regimen of diet and supplements including Evening Primrose oil and a special calcium and many others. He did beat it and several years later was out playing tennis and leading a normal life with no sign of MS other than the lesions on his brain which his neurologist told him were so numerous, he should be bedridden. It was an amazing story. I tried the diet and was healthier for it. I wish I was still on it but damn, it was a hard one. No store-bought prepared foods. Only Fresh veggies, fruits, organic meats and no red meat whatsoever. Everything was made from scratch. No white flour, white sugar. Back to basics. It's a great way of eating but like I said, damned hard to do and stick with.
