If they were cutting funding on waste or budget reasons you would have a point. If it is based on alleged fraud or illegality then those alleged criminal activities need to be proven in court and not assumed by politicians with an axe to grind. Once a court proves it then by all means Congress can and should take action. Not before. Get it?

The Wall St. CEOs in question have looted the entire economy, and then hand out millions in bonuses while the rest of the world suffers from their deplorable actions. The Banking CEOs were stupidly given bailouts with no strings attached under the assumption they would start making loans and not just sit on it.
