Yes there are financing issues for Medicare. Guess what, there are financing issues for everything! There are essentially three choices, cut spending, raise taxes, or borrow more money. Or any combination of those. Based on the 8 years of the last administration we know the GOP's answer: Cut taxes, raise spending and borrow more.
